HELP DESK ASSISTANT

We are looking for a help desk professional to be included in our support team to perform First Level assistance to our customers.

Responsabilities

  • Help Desk support for software platforms
  • User training and support
  • Technical writing and updating of technical documentation and manuals
  • Availability to work with on-call shifts
  • Travel may be required (up to 50%)

Qualifications:

  • Minimal Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Good general computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of GNU/Linux operating systems
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Basic English (spoken and written)
  • Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the HL7 standard
  • Knowledge of TCP / IP protocol
  • Familiarity with clinical-hospital workflows
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems
